Privacy Policy

Last updated: Feb. 11, 2026 · Last reviewed: Feb. 11, 2026

Your privacy shouldn't be complicated. Our website is here for you to read, explore, and get in touch with us. This policy explains what happens (and what doesn't) when you visit our website or contact us.

Information we collect

Our website doesn't collect, store, or track any personal data.

We don't use:

  • Cookies (except one placed by our hosting provider, described below).
  • Analytics, fingerprinting, or advertising tools.
  • Contact forms or embedded third-party widgets.

We don't log your IP address, browser details, or page activity. We have no interest in identifying or profiling our visitors.

Cookies and hosting

Our website is hosted on DigitalOcean's App Platform. DigitalOcean uses Cloudflare as part of its infrastructure, which sets a single cookie called __cf_bm.

  • Purpose of the cookie. This cookie helps Cloudflare distinguish between legitimate visitors and automated traffic (like bots) to protect the website from abuse.
  • Cookie type. Functional and non-tracking.
  • Data collected. The cookie stores a temporary anonymized value for security purposes only.
  • Retention. It expires after a short time (usually within an hour).
  • Access. We don't have access to this cookie or any data related to it.

For information on how Cloudflare handles data, refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

How you can contact us

If you choose to reach out to us, you may do so via the following channels:

  • Email. Our email provider is Tuta, a secure email service providing end-to-end encrypted communication with a strong focus on user privacy.
  • Matrix. A decentralized communication network enabling secure, real-time messaging across federated servers. The instance we use is hosted by the Matrix.org Foundation.
  • Mastodon. A decentralized social networking platform where users interact across independently operated servers. The instance we use is hosted by Daniel Cid.
  • Session. A decentralized and private messenger that is designed, built, and operated by a global community of privacy experts.

Any information you share with us through these platforms is processed and stored according to their respective privacy policies.

We don't sell, share, or disclose your messages or contact details. They remain confined to the platform you used to contact us.

How we share information

We don't sell, share, or disclose your information to anyone. We don't use third-party analytics, fingerprinting, or marketing services.

The only third parties involved in operating our website are:

  • DigitalOcean. Hosts our static website.
  • Cloudflare. Protects against automated traffic.

Neither service gives us access to identifiable visitor data.

Your rights and control

Since we don't collect or retain personal data through our website, there is nothing for you to delete, download, or correct.

If you contact us through a platform like Tuta, Matrix, Mastodon, or Session, you may exercise any data rights directly within that platform.

Policy updates

We will never make silent or retroactive changes that weaken your privacy protections.

If we make changes to this privacy policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and clearly summarize them on this page.

We also publish a "Last reviewed" date to show when this policy was most recently checked for accuracy, even if no changes were required.

Contact

If you have any questions or concerns about this policy, contact us at [email protected]. We'll respond directly and transparently.
